Services

Every service a building needs,
from one team.

Consultation, planning, structural analysis, 3D modelling, interior design and construction, delivered by one team in one sequence. Each stage is finished on paper before the next begins, and the same Engineer stays with your project from the first site visit to handover.

Consultation

We listen
before we measure.

An Engineer comes to the land, reads the ground, and tells you what it will carry. You leave that first conversation knowing what is possible and what it will take.

Structural analysis

Designed to stand,
not just to look right.

Frames and foundations designed to the Nepal Building Code, with the reinforcement detailed bar by bar — and checked on site, by us, before a single pour.

3D modelling and rendering

See it standing,
then decide.

Every drawing is built in three dimensions first: elevations, materials, and the way light lands on the facade at four in the afternoon. It is far cheaper to move a window in the model than in the wall.

Interior design

The inside, on the
same sheet.

Finishes, joinery, lighting and layout are planned before the plaster goes on, so the last trade on site works from the same drawings as the first.

Construction

Then, and only then,
we build.

Once every decision is made, the site moves in sequence — footings, frame, envelope, finishes — with our Engineer present every day and a written report every week.

What is included

What each engagement delivers.

Take the drawings to any contractor, or let the same team build them. Either way, the site visit and the brief come first.

Every trade, one contract

The hands that
do the work.

These are the trades and disciplines Bhargo keeps in-house, which is why coordination between them is our responsibility rather than the client's.

Questions

Common questions

Do you charge for the first site visit?
No. An Engineer visits the site, assesses the land, and gives you a clear account of what it will support.
Will I get a proper schedule, or just a finish date?
A stage-by-stage schedule with a date against every stage. A single completion date tells you nothing while the work is in progress.
Can I get drawings without hiring you to build?
Yes. The drawings, schedules and estimate are a complete piece of work in their own right, and they are yours to take to any contractor.
Can you handle the municipal approval?
Yes. We prepare the application and follow it through ourselves, which is the stage at which many private projects are delayed.
Do you take on small projects, or only full buildings?
Both. We take on renovations and single-floor additions as well as complete structures.
How do I know the cost will not change?
You receive an itemised estimate. Any item tied to a market rate is identified at the outset, so you can see what may change and what will not.

Which service
do you need?
