House construction in Nepal, built under a named Engineer
We build homes, hotels, shop units and mixed-use buildings from foundation to handover under one agreement. Every site has a named Engineer responsible for it and a supervisor present, so you always know who is accountable for the work on your plot, and you are never chasing a contractor to find out what is happening.
How a build runs
It starts with a free site visit by a civil Engineer, who reads the plot and tells you what it will carry before you spend anything on drawings. We then agree a written brief, prepare the drawings and the structural design, and handle the municipal approval file. Only then does construction begin, so the decisions that are expensive to change are settled on paper first.
What you see while we build
- A written progress report with photographs every week
- Reinforcement inspected before every concrete pour
- An itemised estimate by material and quantity, so you can see where the money goes
- A written snag list, agreed with you, at handover
What we take on
New homes, hotels, shop units and mixed-use buildings, as well as renovations and single-floor additions. Where an existing building needs strengthening, we assess it first and design the work to the current Nepal Building Code rather than guessing from the surface.
Design only, build only, or both
You can hire us for the full process or for one stage. If you already have drawings from an architect, we can build from them after our Engineers have checked the structural design.
Questions
Is the first site visit free?
Yes. A civil Engineer visits your plot at no charge, assesses the land and gives you a clear account of what it will support. The visit is usually within the same week.
Will I know who is responsible for my site?
Yes. Each project has a named Engineer and a supervisor, and you receive a written report with photographs every week.
Do you only build, or do you design as well?
Both. We can take a project from the first site visit through drawings, structural design, approval and construction, or work on any single stage.
