Building approval (naksha pass), prepared and followed through
Many private projects lose weeks at the approval stage, usually because the file was incomplete or nobody followed it up. We prepare the application for your plot and follow it through ourselves, so approval is a planned stage of your project and not a surprise.
What we prepare
- The complete set of drawings for the application
- The application file, checked before it is submitted
- Follow-up with the municipal office until the decision is made
Requirements differ by municipality
The rules and the documents asked for are not the same in every municipality or metropolitan city. At the first site visit we confirm what applies to your plot, so the drawings are prepared for the office that will review them.
Approval before anything is built
We do not start construction on a plot that has not been approved. Settling the approval first protects you from stop orders, fines and the cost of changing work that has already been built.
Approval alone, or as part of a build
You can hire us only for the approval file, or for the whole project from the first visit to handover. In both cases the same Engineers who prepare the file are available to answer the municipality's questions.
Questions
Can you handle approval for a plot outside Pokhara?
Yes. We confirm the local requirements for your plot at the first site visit and prepare the file for that office.
Do I have to hire you to build if you prepare the approval?
No. The approval file can be a separate piece of work, and you can choose any contractor afterwards.
Do you follow the file up after submission?
Yes. We follow it through until the municipal office makes its decision, and we answer questions it raises.
